We offer on-site x-ray services, EKG, pulmonary function testing, an on-site laboratory, as well as on-site influenza vaccine services. Apex Annex Health Center delivers an aggressive “return to work” program, helping to ensure that you don’t miss any more days of work than need be. Employers may also have direct communication with their employee’s treating physician.

These medical record services include automatic reporting by fax or email and internet access for employers and insurance companies. Our electronic medical record services are HIPAA-compliant and user friendly.
Our comprehensive physical examination program includes pre-placement/post offer physicals, DOT/DMV physicals, executive physicals, fitness for duty evaluations, and more. Our program also offers saliva testing, DOT and non-DOT breath alcohol testing and urine collections, as well as in-house drug testing. Instant test results are available upon request.
